Who is KidsLodge?

Kids Lodge is a versatile childcare organization that offers daycare, after-school care and holiday care. With multiple locations, including Houten, Zeist, IJsselstein, Helmond and Bunnik, Kids Lodge offers a safe and inspiring environment in which every child can develop optimally and have fun. By combining learning with adventure, Kids Lodge offers a rich and varied experience for children.

The Challenge

The main challenge was ensuring a seamless digital transformation without disrupting Kids Lodge’s daily operations. Securely managing sensitive data while implementing Microsoft 365, Azure file servers, and mobile solutions required a balance between accessibility and cybersecurity. Optimizing internet connectivity and upgrading hardware had to be done efficiently to maintain a stable working environment. Developing a user-friendly parent and child portal added complexity, requiring both technical and UX considerations. Overall, the project demanded a strategic approach to enhance efficiency, security, and flexibility while keeping the focus on quality childcare.
